Computer Picture question

If you have a Mac, I highly recommend Graphic Converter. It's a share-ware app that has some very powerful features, especially when it comes to controlling JPG compression & file size.

If you're on windows, I suggest you get a Mac;>

Whatever program you end up using, it will work best to both crop and resize (in addition to fiddling w/ jpg compression, if you can) to get results that will work.
