Well I'm sure neither IPD nor FCP Groton had the pumps made for them. However, I've not found one ScanTech part that I've been completely satisfied with. Poor fit, suspect quality, etc is the norm. IIRC AC Delco is the OEM supplier to Volvo for the intank pump (and/or some other large electrical bits).
