Since you've thrown a rod, your engine has gone into detonation due to lack of fuel. This happens with turbo cars above 15 psi of boost. You need to add extra fuel and you cal look at Gus Mahon's web site. RIP Gus, he was struck and killed while riding a motorcycle.

Here is his web site page on adding fuel so after you get a newer engine, you can add another injector to dump in additional fuel.

Your trans problem is most likely caused by the racing clutch.
