73-74 engine-head-cam swap 140-160

I just acquired a solid 1974 145e, with a b20f and K-Jet CIS.
Oil light blinks some at hot idle, but it runs very smoothly.

I also have a 1973 145e with a b20f D-Jet, very rusted, body ready to discard, but only 70k miles on engine, 150 compression even across.

I would like to move the 73 b20f into the 74, but a couple of things halt me.

'73 has tappety noise at hot idle, which may be the cam gear.

Are the cams for a '73 d-jet and '74 k-jet the same?
Are the heads for a '73 d-jet and '74 k-jet the same?

Do I want to put a freshly worked head on a older block (70K miles), or will it blow lots of oil?

Which head, cam and block would you choose?

For your advice I can offer selected d-jet parts for free. New throttle valve, old map sensor, old distributor, complete manifold, fuel rail, computer.
