Setting CO using 12v LED ? 200

I went to mvpvolvo.com and tried to download the specs and performance information. I got a 403 (forbidden download) message. What's wrong here? Would you e-mail you copy of setting the CO to me at menaster@yahoo.com? Thanks in advance, Pete.
