Setting CO using 12v LED ? 200

A little more here... As the adjustment screw appears to be non-functional , I am now wondering is the AMM or the computer is bad ( maybe running in "limp mode ??? ) . It seesm like now is time to check the AMM and computer Unfortunately , I am stuck with only a nearly useless Haynes manual . Some help here would be appreciated .
