It's not extremely difficult. First you have to remove the door glass. Then the metal track for the rear edge of the door gless. There is a screw on the lower edge of the track. On the top, under the rubber door seal, there is a rivet that needs to be drilled out. You will also have to remove the rubber door glass channel. Once the chanel, rivet and screw are out, remove the outer moulding on the door at the base of the door glsass. It lifts sraight off. Now you slide the upright chanel foreward to release the rubber seal for the fixed glass. slide the rubber mounting seal for the fixed glass out of the door. Clean the glass chips out of the seal and slip it over the new glass. Lube the seal with liquid soap or spray silicone, and slide it back into the door. Next, lube the channel you removed earlier and slide it back into position, reinstall screw and a new rivet on the top mounting. Reinstall the door glass and seal, and finish reassembly.
