Instead of a new relay, resolder the one you have already, using some silver bearing solder. This will be stronger. At the same time, clean the contacts on the relay and in the relay socket with contact cleaner. If you can tighten up the contacts in the relay socket, that may help, too. Try using a small pick.
Camshaft seal, front shaft seal, or the plug in the back of the head? If you are talking about the plug in the back, buy the plate from IPD, it bolts on there and helps to hold that plug in.
If the front shaft seal, check for crankcase vacuum. While the engine is running, carefully unscrew the oil filler cap. It should stay sucked on if everything is working ok. If not, then you have some kind of PCV problem.
