Drivers side wiper doesnt work.............??? 200 1986

Like a dummy I turned the wipers on my 86 245 while they were frozen...................LOL........Something is broke or came loose on the drivers side.......I can look up under the dash and can see a round bell crank looking thing and a small cable that has came loose also the linkage arm has come loose or broke.......Any hints......It just happened a few minutes ago .............Thanks.........Bob
