Basically you have to get that cable back around the crank. If you take off the center cover (the speaker grille looking thing) on top of the dash, you can get a good look at it.
You'll have more room to work if you take off the glovebox and the duct behind it. Then you can get in there easier. There is a screw on the end of the cable that adjusts tension. Loosen it to get the cable around the crank, and then tighten it to keep it on there. It might take a couple of tries but you'll figure it out.
