1] well, if you get the tie rods installed, the shop will want/need to align your car. Total, maybe $150 tops. Be aware, however, that many shops don't want to install YOUR parts, they'd rather make the profit selling you THEIR parts.

2] The typical $19.99 compact hydraulic floor jack at Pep Boys is fine for changing tires.

3] Rolling down the windows is free.

4] Of course you should. It's paid for and it runs.
