Well, not really. The vast majority of B21's and B23's did NOT throw connecting rods or spin bearings.

OTOH, I do know of several that did. In fact, I have one (an '82 245, B21F) in my side yard with a thrown rod.

Keep in mind that I said "...should get a half million miles..." I did NOT say "...will get a half million..."
