impossible problem, need help 200 1991

The throttle switch is clicking when I open the throttle slightly. I believe it's O.K..
I replaced the AMM with a rebuilt unit, the numbers matched.
The temperature sensor was replaced a year ago, the connection and wires look good. I did not ring them out.
Ignition timing can't be changed on a 91
I failed to mention I changed the fuel filter. I tested the check valve it was closed and held under pressure, so I didn't replace it.
