If you have a big sturdy extractor I'd crank down on it pretty hard.
If it is the square type it may dig a bit as it grips without swelling too much,
and if it causes a bit of buckling between the corners, that's good.
If you apply enough heat to do any good you will just damage the block,
I'm afraid. Note that brass expands faster than cast arn, so heat is
sort of self-defeating, and I think that shooting it with 134 is only
marginally practical.
