HELP! PLEASE! 700 1991

I'd suspect the engine speed sensor (RPM sensor) mounted on the top of the bell housing, just behind and below the distributor. That's the most likely source of the no-spark situation.
I'm not certain if this car has the ignition suppression relay in the fusebox- if it does, I'd replace that if the speed sensor doesn't do it.

As for the gas leak, I think I'm not understanding something here- the gas is coming from a leak or crack? Or is it coming from the regulator with the return line removed?

Good luck!
