You can find york to sanden adapters at http://www.nostalgicairparts.com/mountkits.html
They also have great prices on new sanden compressors, and if you talk to them, they may be able to help you with some materials for custom fabricating better brackets( they supply a lot of street rod builders. these folks are extremely helpful)
