What to do? 740 Snapping. 700

It could be your parking brake shoe releasing contact to the drum. There may be a broken spring in there too. Try holding the parking brake on while easing out, releasing the brake after you engage drive. If you detect any different sound or no sound, it's probably the parking brake sticking.
