I have the same problem with my brick. Both sides. I ordered the repair panels from an on-line store. Cost me around $60. The rustted out part have to be cut and the new panel refitted and welded. I don't weld so, my intention is to have a body shop fit it for me. Right now, I'm taking care of little nicks dings and scratches, taking off all trims and emblems, basically prepping the car for a re-paint.
