B20 Fi head\engine 140-160

I fully agree with George. The fiber timing gears tend to fracture three ways:
1) The metal hub separates from the fiber gear.
2) The fiber gear cracks.
3) Several teeth crack and eventually fall off (engine really quits then).

A bad gear can hammer like hell.

If you decide to fix the timing gears and keep the motor, consider using the metal gears intended for the B30 6-cylinder engine.

Remember to replace both gears -- they go as a set.
