rear tail light problem 200

Ah feel yo pain cos Ah has been there. That's how I found out how different the 1986+ tail lights are.

The circuit board on the No-high-brake-light cars does not provide for the dual filament bulb in the lower outer spot. Otherwise you are right, the connector could be re-jeggered to make it work. Or, just keep the same brake light layout as the pre-1986 has. You would loose the rear fog light, though.

I, too, had to rig up a sort of bridge to make the right light work. the left one was easy, needing only the newer circuir board and the removal of one or two of the little pointy locating pins.

Regards,

Bob
