Maybe only the second and third cold one.

My home-made kit uses 7/16" threaded rod and the long, fat nuts (used to join pieces of threaded rod). The threaded rod and nuts last about two bushings and then are so worn that I buy new. I also lube the threads with oil and Never-Sieze, the threads last longer --- maybe three bushings.
