clunking under load 200

I'm completely lost. Under hard acceleration, or going up hills, my 240 tends to 'clunk.' The tailshaft bushing and seal are good, all my u-joints were replaced less than a year ago(God that was expensive). The transmission still shifts smoothly, and was pulled out and inspected last year, and was in very good condition. Is this a bushing problem? Thanks for any advice.
