The solenoid actuates a hydraulic valve, and there are a couple places where
you can have problems. Your cone clutch could even be worn.
Check with Duane Hoberg, the OD Guru in Kansas City ODGuru@kc.rr.com
He can probably pinpoint the cause immediately.
