Strange acceleration problem 700 1990

I ahve a 1990 740 turbo and that has happend to me aswell. once after a cold start and once after driving highway speed for about 10minutes. I was told by some buddies that it couldbe wastegate, throttlebodt, o2 sensor, ignitions wires or water in the elctrics. I'm going to try throttle body cleaning, might as well get it done.
