Random stalling 200 1986

Don, Thanks for the advice. I'll take it that a 2500-3000 rpm increase in idle speed is a typo. That is more like cruising rpm's. Just what the heck is a CIS motor. I'm thinking that the "IS" is "idle speed", but I'm drawing a blank on the "C", "control", maybe??
