Random stalling 200 1986

More info on those items. I cleaned the throttle body about 15K ago. Should it be that bad already?

I had the CIS hoses disconnected and bypassed a few weeks ago when troubleshooting the vacuum leaks. After I started the car, the rpm's started to go sky high until I shut the engine off. This seems to indicate that the motor is working, or could it still be "tired" and exhibit those charactaristics?

Thanks for all the advice.
