D-type only works... 120-130

Hi Phil!
We miss you down here!

The solenoid that was on this unit looked really bad (no function whatsoever), so I climbed under wth a test light (key on, switch on, in fourth) to see if I had power all the way to the end, bumped the hard, cracked wire and let most of the smoke out of it (I say most because the fuse blew before *all* of the smoke could come out).
Replaced the solenoid last night with the only other on hand.
After that smoky experience, I am loath to take a solder gun to the new one.
Flux solder or no, I forget.
And by reflow you mean...
