I remember the ad. The car did a nose dive onto the pavement (maybe a 30 foot drop??), hit square on its nose and fell back on its wheels. Then 4 guys in business suits (stodgy conservative look) got into the car, started it up and drove off.

Sorry though, I have no idea where you would find it.
