Horn Fix 120-130

Tommy;

That foam ring essentially holds the electrical contact for the horn in the steering wheel apart. Replace this ring, if you have the problem that a relaxed ring causes the horn to sound with very little driver input (or none at all...like from just roadbumps). I used (somewhat more long term stable) RTV to replace mine, but I guess 40years isn't so bad for the oe foam type either.
