fuel pump replacement 700 1989

occaisional stalling can't hear the in-tank pump replaced the relay no different- will not start if nose of car higher than back - it was in the shop last week and they indicated that they suspect the pump is bad or intermittent, it is above zero now so I can check the ground but want to know how much of a task changing this beast will bee - the shop indicates $105 cdn for pump + 1.5 hr approx to change
