Er, why would you want to run high pressures? Roughly speaking, the most traction comes from having the greatest contact patch on the ground, with the entire patch supporting the pressure evenly. More than that bows out the center of the tread and puts the load on the center of the patch, reducing traction.
Basic mistake a lot of people do on track days is pump up the tires so they'll feel more responsive. Doesn't get you around very quick, no matter how tight it makes the handling feel. I run 27-28 psi in 195-60s -- a 165 might do well at 30-31, no more.
