m47 drain & fill bolts..

18" Pipe Wrench worked well for me when I had this same problem. Go get you some new plugs, pipe wrench will do a number on them, but they will come out. The plugs in one of my cars were already rounded before I bought it. First tried straight jawed vise-grips, waste of time. Good luck,rcs.
