244 electrical problem...fuse melted? 200 1984

I am wondering if you are suffering from some grounding problems, given the odd variety of electrical snags that are occuring. When the grounds rust up, the current tries to find another route back to the other pole of the battery and this can cause all kinds of weird electrical snags that "fix themselves" when the car is sitting in your driveway. I'd certainly try cleaning up your grounds, particularly those under the hood. I expect they use salt around Rochester in the winter and this will be problematic for the ground.
