Bracket at the top of the differential 444-544 1959

These torque rods with the bracket on top of the diff were introduced with the 1957 model year, together with the B16 engine (PV-444L & LS on).
My 1952 PV-444 DS did not have them, but has them now since I mounted a B20F/M40. I replaced the axle by a later 544 one (4,1:1) and cut a section out of the rear floor, while the same section (with the mounting nuts) was cut out of a 544 and welded in my car. The beneficial effect on roadholding is certainly noticeable.
