About a year ago on eBay there was a neat looking 'min-Sugga' with a PV body perched on an IH-Scout chassis. And I've seen a 164 body worked onto a Sugga chassis.

Of course to get a neat 'all-Volvo' 4X4 you could get a decrepit C303 military vehicle and swap the body. It already has a 4 wheel drive system hooked up to familiar m40/B18-or-20 engines. And (knowing Volvo) it might even already have the right wheelbase.
