matt, IIRC 70's ford f-350's had divorced transfer cases, as well as many old International harvester pickups. 1 ton trucks are pretty much the only divorced t-case equipped trucks, and you'd probably have to shorten the frame to suit the 122 body. lots of work. at least with a b series engine you'd never break any 1 ton stuff.
coolest ever would be a 122 on volvo portal axles from a volvo military vehicle, forget what theyre called. super strong, huge ground clearance at the diff. bad part is they are over 2 grand an axle.
