I have been addicted ever since we got our 81 245. Being female, I,m generally not strong enough to fix some of the harder stuff, but I have spread the addiction to my hubby. I search the brickboard and other places for info on what's wrong with our volvos, and either fix it myself, or tell him how to. And yes, we also spend at least 2 weekends a month at the wrecking yards. I remember what we need and what is interchangeable, and while he's pulling one part I'm off finding another. The guys in the wrecking yard are sometimes surprised to see me crawling around in the wrecks. But we only paid 250 for our wagon, and it runs pretty darn good now. We made a good deal on our 760 turbo from an auction, and it's pretty great now too. Many thanks to all the help we've received form you guys here. Susan
