AC Compressor 200 1990

Thank you for your reply and advice. I have replaced all the seals and pulled a vacuum to 30 mmHG. The system holds the vacuum well, so I am convinced I have no leaks. I bypassed the low pressure switch so that cut-off is inactive. I even ran a jumper from the positive pole of the batter to the line going to the compressor, but the clutch didn't engage. I think you are right that a new compressor is in order.
