Coolant temperature sensor test question 700

I pulled my plugs and they are black and oily.

My plugs were actually swapped out less than 10,000 miles ago. Same with my distributor cap and rotor and plug wires.

Which intake vacuum line are you refering to? There are multiple vacuum lines going to my intake manifold. Does it matter which vacuum port that I spray the starter fluid into?
