I'll say what you probably already know:
Plus:
ABS
air bag
LSD?
You've got about 7 years of engine life on the 93 before you meet your 88's current state

Negative;
Personally, I love 5 speed. But the AW71 is rock solid.

93s are about as refined as a 240 will get.
