VERY RARE PROBLEM!!!! 700 1991

Hi! evryone... here is my problem I got this 740ti close to one year ago , when I got this baby the P.O. told me that the turbo was in it's last leg... o well ..no problem there..(got a better TD04 mitsu ) , and also told me that evry now and then this car will act very funny...
when cruisin at hiway speeds over 2000rpm it will stumble very bad like fuel get cut out or somting similar, the engine will bog down and up reving from 1500rpm to 2200rpm with very little response to the weels , the funny thing is that he seems to control this problem by simply pulling to the side of the road turning the ignition switch off , count till 10 then re-start and drive like nothing hapened till cople of weeks when this problem re-appear ...and so on ... for the las year and half..
So once in my hands I did replace turbo , turbo hoses , fuel presure reg, fuel relay, rpm sensor , coil, plugs, clean trottle body , fuel filter, air filter , ecm , amm, rad, rad hoses, check for vuccum leaks, intake gasket, flush tranny , flush power stering, oil and filter, clean intercooler, new exaust cat back , intank fuel pump,
and after one week in the road with no probles just enjoyng my nice ride .....
BOOOOMMM!!!! it happend again same thing over again ... had to do like the P.O. used to do pull to one side of the road shut the car ...wait afew secs than drive away ..... WHAT NEXT???

please anybody , any sugestions will be welcome...
p.s. sorry for my grammar...
