VERY RARE PROBLEM!!!! 700 1991

Had almost exact same symptoms on my 91 740T. Replaced many parts as you have. Car would bog down and run, but with no power. Turned out it was the wire connections at the main fuel pump. Dealer found it accidentally by wiggling wires while the car was on the hoist. May have happened after a fuel filter was installed and the wires were pulled on. They crimped the connections on the wires so that they fit tighter together, and I have never had the problem return. Certainly worth a look at. I would also look at the main pump ground as well.
