Hey there,
Have you noticed this happening, when the gas tank is lower at all?
One other thing to look into might be the out of tank fuel pump. At one time, we had the same car and the out of tank pump went out, and it was the in-tank supplying all of the fuel for the car.

We were in Nebraska in the summer and the car stopped on the interstate. THe out-of-tank pump had failed and the in-tank had simply overheated. When letting the car sit for a while it would start back up and start running again once the pump had cooled off.
