I wold not worry about the O2 sensor. My Check Engine light (same thing as your O2 light) came on when I ran out of gas once. I reset it and the code never came back. The Computer thinks the sensor is bad because it is getting a consistant lean mixture signal when you switch over. Maybe that time it took longer than usual to switch. Try to reset the light and see if it comes back on.
I would also like to know more about the LPG conversion. Do you have any photos? Is There a company that produces this as a kit? Link to a web site? I would love to convert my car to dual fuel. Thanks for your help.
