Converting to 5 spd. 200

The already mentioned speedo issue is one problem you'd run into if your car isn't an '86. (I believe that M-47s were introduced in '87s)

Other then that, it is possible. Now, as for should you do it... well...

My self personally, I'd stick with the stronger M-46.

Keep in mind that the M-47 is still a 4 speed with OD, it's just a mechanically operated OD instead of flipping the switch. The gear ratios are a bit different as well.
