Congratulations! Glad to hear its going, and that the motor is better than first expected. If its been sitting a while, that compression is likely to come up a bit...

As for the roughish idle... could be a hotter cam, but more likely the compression, or carbs slightly out of sync. I've got that R cam in my 145, and it idled like crap with the SUs, which I attributed to the cam, but when I put the webers on, it became about the smoothest idleing carburetted Volvo I've had...
