The clutch slave I'm attempting to rebuild has been hanging around for many years and is frozen. I used some BP Blaster and tried to coax the inside moving part - I don't know what it's called - with a drift. It still doesn't want to move.
Do you think it ok to hone the slave and or use heat to free the inside part? Or do you think it's better to just buy a new slave unit?
I already have all the rubber parts for the rebuild.
