Another thing you could do is to force it apart using the master cylinder.
You can push pretty hard with the clutch pedal. Just hook it back up, making
sure the cylinder is full of fluid and pump it out with the clutch (unless it
is REALLY STUCK). Another source of high hydraulic pressure is a grease gun,
if you can get it fitted up with a grease fitting. Be sure and
adapt - DON"T try to screw the grease fitting into the cylinder or you'll ruin
the threads.
