Need help with value of 123GT 120-130

My Swedish built '67 123GT, all original, 83k miles, excellent body, was appraised at $12,000 Canadian 10 years ago. I've kept an eye on any offered over the years, and $8,000 US seems to have been around the top end for asking price. But they don't come up very often.
