to check fuel pressure, you need a pressure gauge. for volume, just remove the hose at the fuel rail, with a 17 and 14 wrench, and run the fuel pump for 30 seconds into a qt bottle. it should be 1/2 to almost full after 30 seconds. pull the fuel pump relay and use a jumper wire between the red and yellow/red wires. need 2 people for the test. 1 to hold the bottle the other to pull the wire. good luck, chuck.
